Shipping & returns
Every artwork is sold right here, on its own page, framed or as a print only. It is carefully packed and shipped from Paris, prints only flat in a rigid cardboard mailer.
- Shipping
- Free shipping in mainland France. Shipping is €22 per order to other European Union countries, shown before payment. I do not ship elsewhere for now. Each artwork is shipped with Colissimo within 5 business days of your order, then delivered in 2 to 4 business days in mainland France and 4 to 8 business days elsewhere in the European Union. You receive a confirmation e-mail after payment, then tracking as soon as it ships.
- Returns and exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, return shipping is paid by the buyer. You also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, see returns and withdrawal (in French). If a frame arrives damaged, write to me with a photo and it will be replaced or refunded.
- Cancellations
- You may exercise your right of withdrawal as soon as you order, even before shipping, see returns and withdrawal (in French). If there is any problem with your order, please write to me as soon as possible.
- Payment
- Secure payment by Stripe: card, Apple Pay and other methods depending on your device. I never have access to your card details. VAT not applicable, article L. 223-3 of the French CIBS.
