How reviews are handled

Only customers who bought an artwork on this site can leave a review: I check the order using the e-mail address you give.
All verified reviews are published, positive or negative, without changing their content, unless they are abusive, unrelated to the artwork or contain personal information.
They usually appear within a few days on the artwork's page, most recent first, with their date.
No incentive is offered in exchange for a review.
You can ask at any time for your review to be changed or removed by writing to atelier.cochevis@gmail.com.
